Pepperoni Pizza Casserole


 

The kids will love this simple pizza casserole.


No one in my family could stop eating it and raving about how delicious it was.


Casserole with Pepperoni Pizza


A delicious dish topped with every pizza topping imaginable.


Salad and garlic bread are my favorite accompaniments.


I love the leftovers.


This is something I've made the night before and brought to potlucks in a slow cooker for the following day.


You can't go wrong with pepperoni pizza casserole as your go-to pasta and pizza dish for a weeknight meal.


The entire family will love it, and it's quick to whip up, too!


Ingredients:


2 cups raw egg noodles


1/2 pound ground beef


1 minced onion


2 minced cloves of garlic


1 sliced green bell pepper


1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage


16 oz pizza sauce


40ml milk


1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions:


Cook the Pasta:

Prepare the egg noodles according to the package directions.


Preheat the Oven:

Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).


Prepare the Beef Mixture:

In a medium pan over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the minced onion, garlic, and sliced green bell pepper.


Drain any excess fat.


Combine Ingredients:

Add the sliced pepperoni, cooked noodles, pizza sauce, and milk to the beef mixture. Stir to combine.


Assemble the Casserole:

Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish.


Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.


Add Cheese:

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.


Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
